The website presents V-Web, software products, portfolio items, services, contact information and informational materials. Products include Opordia, Lex Astra, Scholavo, Aristotle LMS, Supreme ERP, Project Management ERP, Cynapea and other solutions that may be offered as SaaS, custom development, implementation, support or consulting.
These terms apply to website access, public information, inquiries and pre-contract communication. Specific projects, subscriptions, implementations, support, SLA, licensing and pricing are governed by a separate offer, contract, order or annex.
These terms are prepared with regard to applicable Bulgarian law and relevant EU rules, including e-commerce, consumer rights, digital content and digital services, GDPR and the Digital Services Act where applicable to the specific service.
Published descriptions, modules, features and technical information are informational and commercial. They are not a binding offer unless expressly stated in an individual written offer, contract or order.
Some products may be in active development, pilot use, implementation for a specific client or adapted by industry. Public descriptions show product direction and possible scope, while the final configuration is agreed individually.
Part of the services are primarily intended for business clients. When a client is a consumer under applicable law, mandatory consumer rights apply, including pre-contract information and withdrawal rights where the law provides such rights for the specific service.
For digital content or digital services started with explicit consent before the withdrawal period expires, the withdrawal right may be limited according to applicable law.
Text, design, images, code, product descriptions, brands and software solutions are protected by intellectual property rights. Use, copying, republication or modification without written permission is prohibited except where the law permits otherwise.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, pre-existing products, libraries, templates, know-how, architectures, internal tools and reusable components remain the property of their respective owner. Client rights to custom development, access, licenses or use are governed by the specific contract.
We strive to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be error-free, uninterrupted or free of technical limitations. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss unless applicable law does not allow such a limitation.
We are not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of public website information without an individual technical, commercial or legal assessment. Critical processes, integrations, migrations and cybersecurity matters should be preceded by analysis and a written agreed scope.
The website may contain links to product websites, client projects, social networks or external services. We do not control their content or terms unless expressly stated otherwise.
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. By submitting a form, you provide data for reviewing the inquiry and follow-up communication.
The website may use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, technical logs and other tools to measure traffic, page performance, software inquiries, traffic sources, technical errors and SEO performance. Details are provided in the Privacy Policy.
The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations. If this is not possible, disputes are referred to the competent Bulgarian court. The European Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025; consumers may use available national and European alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
We may update these terms when services, legislation or website operation change. The new version is published on this page and applies going forward.
